Joe is incredibly professional. When contacted, he asked for details of the items and pictures of items and gave us the quote instantly. When we agreed to the quote, he confirmed his date and time for collection and he arrived in a timely manner. He kept us updated by sending a message to say he was departing so we can expect him etc. I believe that his quote is the most competitive one and is difficult for others to beat that. He sounds like a very honest, sincere and hard working man too. We definitely use him again should we need a similar service.
Joe is amazing and even answers the phone whilst on holiday. He is prompt, professional and friendly. His work is 10 out of 10 and he took all of the rubbish that we couldn't get rid of for ages.
