The location was great and having the parking facilities was very convenient. The lady that dealt with me was pleasant. The accommodation was very clean the bed was comfortable the shower was relaxing. Disliked ยท Unfortunately the heating in my room never worked and I spent my first night trying to sleep in cold conditions. I spoke to a gentleman by calling the reception number and I found him to be far from helpful when I told him the radiator in my room wasn't working, the suggestion was that I bought a electric heater, no mention of them providing me with one. On my last night the radiator worked so I assume they sorted it in my absence (better late than never)
Apt name, a short but steep hill up to hotel. You get what you pay for. Room was small but clean, friendly staff. Small metal frame bed was comfy enough but at 5 11 my feet touched the end poles and any movement would get metal creeks. Strange policy requiring photo Id despite me having prepaid through a business account, staff mentioned due to previous issues the police are no longer willing to attend.
Basic budget hotel, rooms are a bit tired and wasn't the cleanest, but the en-suite and bed were clean. Bed was comfy. Hotel was very quiet, no noise from other rooms! Staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was easy. Free car parking (albeit small, had no issue with parking). Location was out of the main city but close enough for a short taxi ride. Perfect for a one night stay after a gig.
Wanted somewhere to stay to avoid late night drive home, this was the lowest we could find to the venue we were attending. We booked a double room with ensuite. Received a polite and friendly welcome and found the room clean and comfortable, met our need very well. Will definitely use this hotel the next time we need to stay over in Leeds.
You get what you pay for here rooms clean tea and coffee in room. Just make sure you request an ensuite as some rooms have to share. Staff are very friendly. Only downfall is walls are paper thin and you can here other guests and there was no breakfast option. But location was perfect.
