Matt came down to install artificial grass in our garden both front and back. He was professional and punctual from the very beginning. He came over and measured up and then gave me a decent price with a small discount. He always came on time every morning and got on with the work from day 1 without distraction. His progress through the days were impressive (even though he was on his own) and communicated with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy with the work. My wife and I were very demanding and kept asking for additional little things but that didn’t phase him and he happily did the tweeks we needed with a smile. He cleaned every evening before he left making sure everything was tidy. The Garden is perfect and would highly recommend him to everyone. Had issues with traders in the past and Matt was a breath of fresh air. Good, honest, hardworking with bucket full of integrity. Thank you Matt. We can’t wait to use you again for more work in the future. Keep up the great work!
Very poor customer service skills. Came to measure and give a quote, accepted the quote and was happy to proceed but no response back from him for weeks on end. Ignores calls and texts! Deserves 0 stars
I was looking on line for a gardener and came across Brook Landscapes, i sent a message on Instagram which was responded to very quickly, I was asked to provide measurements and pictures and received a quote for the work which was really reasonable. I booked in the work and an appointment was made within a few weeks. The work quality was fantastic and the service really professional, I would highly recommend this company.
