Love this place. Awesome VIP vouchers, so much money can be knocked off your bill. If you buy food and your dog doesn't like it you just take it back and they give you a full refund no matter how much is left in the bag !! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Your poochies are very welcomed and if they have an accident they're stra6there to clean up.
Young girl with dark purple hair behind front counter needs her attitude problems sorting I'm a 40yr old woman who doesn't need speaking to like someone on an animal cruelty charge for putting a hamster in a hamster tank they sold me... her response to me was what 10yr ago found her rude arrogant little child who obviously doesn't know hamster live 2 -3 yes not 10 yrs i will never shop here again staff are obviously not trained in animal care just spouting there personal opinions at people with a very nasty attitude
For a big store it was not staffed well, 1 person on till and 1 member of staff on shop floor when i went. Dog poo in the isle left, went to find a member of staff to report it. Member of staff busy talking to a customer so dog poo still there 10mins later, i then reported it to the person on the till as i was concerned especially with small children walking around the shop with parents. When i left 15mins later the poo was still in the isle, very disappointed with lack of response from the staff , not a good experience. Maybe a one off so i will visit again, previously to this visit i had no complaints.
a little bit expensive. Nice when they got sale on .staff have always been polite and helpful. I get my tough toys there but they don't last long I suppose we were lucky and got a day out of it but this day and age you have to watch what you spend on .I need value for money .but on the hole I love the shop
