    We met John (the owner) at a wedding fair and never heard of Ossett. We had a lovely conversation and the price for our rings was the most competitive we had found and the customer service was next to none. Since, we have actually moved to Ossett to live (coincidence) and we have been back lots of time to Deans. The staff are lovely and we they offer unique pieces across all price ranges. Recently my husband bought me an eternity ring fornthe birth our first daughter and Amy was fantastic helping us decide what was right for the set (all seperates). Highly recommended!!

    We went to Deans to purchase my wedding ring and my wife had her engagement ring and Nanna’s wedding ring (that is now my wife’s wedding ring) cleaned and they came back looking brand new. We was looked after so well and everyone was really nice and friendly. Deans will definitely be our go to jewellers from now on. Thank you so much.

    Bought our wedding rings from here years ago; been in to buy other things and am always greeted with a smile and conversation from John and Amy. Great place with highly knowledgeable and professional staff.

    I don’t usually write reviews but the way I was spoken to on eBay by a representative of this company is absolutely shameful. After exchanging a series of messages as I wanted to purchase some coins on eBay, A representative turned around and sent a extremely rude email and basically told me my feedback was not high enough for me to purchase off them and accused me of being a scammer. I explained I wanted to purchase via eBay because I had a deal with my Amex where I get cash back and I wanted to pay via eBay’s system once they realised I didn’t want to deal outside ebay things turned sour I will not be spending a penny with this company ! And they should learn some respect when talking to potential customers The representative even had the cheek to tell me he’s reviewed my purchase history and I have no history of high value purchases - when I had purchased a 1 kilo pamp Swiss bar from Apmex for £51,100 and a 100 gram bar for £5120 and received a positive feedback for fast payment, and 8 ounce coins from individual sellers. But never the less they need to learn some respect for customers ! They use eBay as a platform to attract customers and drag them outside eBay’s grounds. When you want to pay via eBay they moaned about 13% in fees and want you to pay direct but don’t accept Amex ! I have also reported this to eBay !
